Summer in Dali
In Summer the avg. temperature in daytime is about 25 C. In fact, there is not such a thing as "Best time to travel" applicable in Dali. In Dali, despite it's altitude of 2000 meter, it always feels pleasant. Sometimes a cool fresh wind blows through the area. This is the result of Dali's location between the beautiful Lake Erhai and the CangShan mountains, rising up to a height of 4200 meter.
Our Village
Villa Verde is located in XiangYangXi, an authentic Chinese farmers' and fishermen's village, just 75 meters from Erhai Lake and from every room a breath-taking view over the fields and Lake. You can take a walk among the farm fields, walk or bike along the lake and villages and explore the streets and alleys where families still live in centuries old courtyard houses.
